Rear Suspension Support Crossmember Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle   .
2. Remove the rear tire and wheel assemblies. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation   .
3. Remove the muffler. Exhaust Muffler Replacement   .

4. Remove the rear brake caliper bracket bolts. 
5. Secure the rear brake caliper and bracket assemblies to the vehicle underbody.

6. Remove the park brake cables from the park brake cable equalizer and park brake cable bracket. Refer to Parking Brake Cable Equalizer
