Fuel Filler Door Innerlock Cable Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the left rear inner fender liner.
2. Open the left sliding door.
3. Remove the left body side trim panel. Refer toTrim Panel Replacement - Rear Quarter (Right)   (See: Interior Moulding / Trim/Trim Panel/Service

and Repair/Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Quarter (Right))Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Quarter (Left)   (See: Interior Moulding / Trim/Trim
Panel/Service and Repair/Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Quarter (Left)) in Interior Trim.

4. Release the cable tension on fuel filler door interlock cable and remove fuel door interlock cable from the sliding door interlock latch.
5. Disconnect the fuel filler door interlock cable from the fuel door.
6. Attach a piece of mechanics wire to the fuel filler door interlock cable end.
