1. Install the front door lock cylinder to the front door outside handle.
2. Install the lock cylinder retainer to the front door outside handle.
3. Install the front door outside handle. Refer toDoor Handle Replacement - Front Outside   (See: Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Front Door/Front

Lock Cylinder Replacement - Rear Door (Liftgate)

Removal Procedure

1. Open the liftgate.
2. Remove liftgate trim panel. Refer toTrim Panel Replacement - Liftgate   (See: Doors, Hood and Trunk/Trunk / Liftgate/Trunk / Liftgate Interior

3. Remove the liftgate handle molding. Refer toHandle Replacement - Liftgate   (See: Doors, Hood and Trunk/Trunk / Liftgate/Trunk / Liftgate

Handle/Service and Repair/Handle Replacement -  Liftgate) .

4. Remove the nuts from the lock cylinder .

5. Disconnect electrical connector, if equipped.
6. Disconnect the lock rod from the cylinder.
7. Remove the lock cylinder from the liftgate.
