EVAPORATOR CORE REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

1. Remove the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) module assembly. See: Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and Repair
2. Remove the heater outlet duct screws.
3. Remove the heater outlet duct.

4. Remove the heater core cover screws (1).
5. Remove heater core cover (2).
