4. Tighten the hex nut until the stud head is fully seated in the bearing/hub flange.
5. Remove the hex nut and the washers from the wheel stud.
6. Install the brake rotor. 
7. Install the brake caliper bracket with the brake caliper. 
8. Install the tire and wheel. 
9. Lower the vehicle.
