Heater Pipe Replacement - Auxiliary Rear

HEATER PIPE REPLACEMENT - AUXILIARY REAR

TOOLS REQUIRED

J 38185 (SA9111E) Hose Clamp Pliers

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

1. Disconnect the heater inlet and outlet hoses from the auxiliary heater inlet/outlet pipes using J 38185 or (SA9111E).
2. Drain the coolant system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System (Static Fill) Draining and Filling Cooling System (Vac-N-Fill).
3. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
4. Remove the auxiliary heater inlet/outlet pipe clip nut (1).

5. Remove the auxiliary heater inlet/outlet pipe clip nut (1).
