Uplander FWD V6-3.5L VIN L (2006)
5. Install a NEW sealing washer (2) to the evaporator tube end of the suction hose.
6. Remove the cap or tape from the evaporator tube.
7. Install the suction hose to the A/C evaporator tube.
8. Install the suction hose to A/C evaporator tube bolt (1).
Tighten the bolt to 16 N.m (12 lb ft).
9. Connect the A/C compressor electrical connector.
10. Evacuate and recharge the A/C system. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging.
11. Leak test the fittings of the A/C components using the J 39400-A.
