11. Remove the seat back cover retainer rings (2).
12. Remove the seat back cover (1).

Installation Procedure

1. Install the seat back cover (1).
2. Install the seat back cover retainer rings (2).
3. Secure the seat back cover to the foam pad with the hook and loop retainers.
4. Install the seat back to the seat cushion.

Notice:  Refer to Fastener Notice  in Cautions and Notices.

5. Install the front seat recliner bolts.

Tighten the bolts to 48 N.m (35 lb ft).

6. Install the J retainer (1) to the bottom edge of the seat back cover.
7. Install the seat back recliner covers in place.
8. Install the recliner handle and cap. Refer to Seat Back Recliner Handle Replacement - Front  (See: Seat Back/Service and Repair/Seat Back

9. Install the finish covers. Refer to Seat Adjuster Track Cover Replacement - Front  (See: Service and Repair/Seat Adjuster Track Cover

10. Install the map pocket net. Refer to Map Pocket Net Replacement - Front Seat  (See: Service and Repair/Map Pocket Net Replacement - Front

11. Install the head restraint. Refer to Head Restraint Replacement - Front Seat  (See: Head Rest/Service and Repair/Head Restraint Replacement -

Front Seat) .

12. Install the front seat. Refer to Seat Replacement - Bucket  (See: Service and Repair/Seat Replacement - Bucket) .

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the recliner cover screws.
