Venture AWD V6-3.4L VIN E (2004)
9. Install the transaxle mount nuts. Refer to Automatic Transmission Mount Replacement in Automatic Transaxle-4T65-E.
10. Install the engine mount nuts. Refer to Engine Mount Replacement in Engine Mechanical-3.4L.
11. Install the wheel speed sensor wiring harnesses to the lower control arms.
12. Connect the wheel speed sensor electrical connectors.
13. Install the lower ball joints to the steering knuckles. Refer to Steering Knuckle Replacement in Front Suspension.
14. Install the power steering cooler pipe to the frame. Refer to Power Steering Cooler Pipe/Hose Replacement in Power Steering System.
15. Install the front engine splash shield. Refer to Splash Shield Replacement - Engine (See: Body and Frame/Splash Guard/Service and
Repair/Splash Shield Replacement - Engine) in Body Front End.
16. Install the power steering gear to the frame. Refer to Power Steering Gear Replacement in Power Steering System.
17. Install the power steering gear bolts. Refer to Power Steering Gear Replacement in Power Steering System.
18. Install the power steering gear heat shield. Refer to Power Steering Gear Heat Shield Replacement in Power Steering System.
19. Install the propeller shaft. Refer to Propeller Shaft Replacement in Propeller Shaft.
20. Install the catalytic converter pipe. Refer to Catalytic Converter Replacement in Engine Exhaust.
21. Install the stabilizer shaft. Refer to Stabilizer Shaft Replacement in Front Suspension.
22. Install both tie rod ends to the steering knuckles. Refer to Steering Knuckle Replacement in Front Suspension.
23. Install the front fender liner . Refer to Fender Liner Replacement (See: Body and Frame/Fender/Front Fender/Front Fender Liner/Service and
Repair) in Exterior Trim.
24. Install the front tires and wheels. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation in Tires and Wheels.
25. Lower the vehicle.
26. Remove the engine support fixture. Refer to Engine Support Fixture in Engine Mechanical - 3.4L.
27. Inspect the front wheel alignment and adjust the toe angle if necessary. Refer to Measuring Wheel Alignment in Wheel Alignment.
