Dimmer Switch: Description and Operation

The Body Control Module (BCM) controls the intensity of the instrument cluster vacuum florescent displays. This is accomplished using the input from
the headlamp dimmer switch on circuit E19. When the exterior lamps are ON, and the dimmer switch is moved to the high end of it's travel, the BCM
sends a message over the CCD Bus to the instrument cluster for full lamp intensity.
