MODELS:
1995 - 1996 (JA) Cirrus/Stratus
SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
Vehicle may drift or lead left or right at highway speeds during straight ahead driving. May be more pronounced on crowned roads.
DIAGNOSIS:
Verify vehicle lead or drift, cross switch front tires, and check front cross camber. If vehicle still drifts/leads and front cross camber is excessive, perform
repair procedure.
NOTE:
CROSS CAMBER IS THE LEFT CAMBER READING MINUS THE RIGHT CAMBER READING.
REPAIR PROCEDURE:
This bulletin involves adjusting the front suspension camber.
NOTE:
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ENLARGE ANY EXISTING HOLES TO INCREASE ADJUSTMENT.

Raise hood. Mark the position of the four shock absorber mounting bolts on the side that requires camber adjustment (the side farthest from the
preferred setting should be adjusted).
