SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
Door trim panel rattle/itch noise where the vinyl wrapped top section contacts the door inner sheet metal.
DIAGNOSIS:
If noise can be duplicated by driving over rough roads or owners description indicates that noise can be stopped by applying pressure to rear of door
panel, perform the Repair Procedure.

REPAIR PROCEDURE:
This bulletin involves applying flocking tape between the top rear of the door trim panel(s) and inner sheet metal as required.
1.
Mark the outline of the rear vinyl wrapped edge of trim panel on the sheet metal using a grease pencil (Figure 1).
2.
Remove the door trim panel.
