Concorde V6-215 3.5L SOHC (1996)
5. Remove the throttle body mounting nuts.

6. Slide throttle body off mounting studs. Separate throttle body from synchronization shaft. Remove throttle body.
7. Clean gasket mating surfaces.
INSTALLATION
NOTE: Prior to installing left throttle body, remove and clean right throttle body.
1. Install new gasket on mounting studs.
Left Throttle Body Removal 3.5L
2. Connect throttle body to synchronization shaft. Ensure ball stud enters socket in the end of shaft. Ensure spring attaches to shaft and throttle body
arm. Also, ensure the spring does not bind when throttle is opened.
3. Install throttle body on mounting studs.
4. Torque mounting nuts to 19 ft-lbs (26 Nm).
5. Connect purge tube to nipple on throttle body.
6. Rotate throttle to wide open position. Install throttle cable and speed control cable.
7. Check throttle body synchronization.
8. Install the air intake plenum.
9. Install tube connecting air cleaner to air intake plenum.
10. Connect the battery negative terminal.
