Headlamp Switch: Testing and Inspection

High Beam Headlamp Switch  

NOTE: The high beam headlamp switch is part of the multi-function switch located on the steering column. Refer to Turn Signals and Warning Flashers
for proper service procedures.

Headlamp Switch Connector

Using an ohmmeter, test for resistance values between the terminals of the switch as shown in the Headlamp Switch Resistance table.

The headlamp switch is located on the upper left side of the instrument panel. Refer to Instrument Panel and Systems, for proper service procedures.
