Crossfire V6-3.2L VIN L (2004)
1. Install the rotor (1) onto the wheel hub (3).
2. Install the rotor retaining bolt (2). Tighten to 10 Nm (7 ft. lbs.).
3. Install caliper assembly onto rotor.
4. Install caliper mounting bolts (1). Tighten to 90 - 115 Nm (66 - 85 ft. lbs.).
5. Install the wheel and tire assembly.
WARNING: DO NOT MOVE THE VEHICLE UNTIL A FIRM BRAKE PEDAL IS OBTAINED.
6. Pump the brake pedal to seat the caliper pistons and the brake shoes.
