Idler Pulley: Service and Repair
REMOVAL
1. Remove accessory drive belt.
2. Remove the idler pulley screw cover (1).
3. Remove the screw (1) and idler pulley from the water pump.
4. Check the pulley bearing for looseness and noise. Replace if necessary.
