Parking Lamp: Description and Operation
All vehicles are equipped with front position lamps (1). One front position lamp is incorporated into each of the headlamp units. These lamps utilize a
clear lens and clear bulb, and function in the same way as parking lamps. The front position lamp is built into the headlamp, and therefore does not
require its own lamp housing.
The front position lamps are turned on or off with the headlamp switch. These lamps function in the same way that parking lamps do. The bulbs for the
front position lamps are serviceable when the headlamp unit is removed, however they cannot be adjusted. If the housing is faulty, worn, or damaged, the
entire headlamp unit must be replaced.
