5. Remove the four bolts (1) that secure the airbag to the instrument panel structural duct.
6. Remove the passenger airbag as a unit.
NOTE: If the passenger airbag has been deployed, carefully inspect the airbag mounting points on the instrument panel structural duct. If the
airbag mounting points have been damaged or deformed, the instrument panel structural duct must be replaced.
INSTALLATION
1. Carefully position the passenger airbag unit onto the instrument panel structural duct.
2. Install the four bolts (1) that secure the passenger airbag to the instrument panel structural duct. Tighten to 35 Nm (26 ft. lbs.).
