SYMPTOM/CONDITION
Vehicles may experience poor radio reception or noise in AM and/or FM mode.
DIAGNOSIS
To determine if noise is due to blower motor, turn key to ignition on with engine not running. Turn blower on to the third or fourth speed. Turn radio on
and tune to a weak AM or FM station which exhibits noise. Turn blower off and if noise is not present anymore, proceed to repair procedure.

REPAIR PROCEDURE
This repair advises the technician to install a capacitor assembly at the logic module.
1.
Disconnect battery.
2.
Remove glove box assembly.
3.
Remove logic module per service manual procedures.
