a.
Lower window until roller pin (Figure 1) is accessible through inner panel major access hole.
b.
Remove roller clip from pin. Save clip for reuse.
c.
Apply a force, in the outboard direction, to the glass lift plate to separate the lift plate from the T-Track until roller pin disengages from
knuckle. Slide roller out of lift channel. Save roller for reuse.
d.
Actuate motor in the "up" direction. Motor will travel the flex rack upward on the T-Track until the flex rack can be extended beyond the end
of the T-Track and removed from the door through the belt opening. Continue until no sections of flex rack remain on the T-Track.
CAUTION:
KEEP FINGERS CLEAR OF REGULATOR DRIVE MOTOR WHILE REMOVING FLEX RACK FROM T-TRACK.

Remove any pieces of flex rack which are in the bottom of the door.

To install replacement flex rack, proceed as follows:
a.
Verify that replacement flex rack includes a metal reinforcement clip surrounding the knuckle. If clip is missing, do not install.
