Remove # 1 and # 2 window motor mounting screws.

Loosen the # 3 window motor mounting screw. This will allow the the window motor to pivot around this screw, relieving some tension from the
cables.
11.
Remove the mounting nuts from the lift plate and remove the glass and lift plate assembly.
12.
Remove the motor from the regulator plate.
Quarter Power Window Cable Drum And Cable

Remove the cover plate from the cable drum.
CAUTION: The cable drum may pop up and out of the housing due to residual tension remaining in the lift cables.

Pull the drum from the motor housing. Remove the cables from the drum paying close attention to the proper routing of the cables around the
drum.
15.
Check the cables for wear and replace if necessary.
