Air Door Actuator / Motor: Service and Repair
Mode Door Actuator Replacement
1. Remove under steering column cover and under panel silencer.
Mode Door Vacuum Actuator
2. Disconnect vacuum line.
3. Locate and remove two vacuum actuator attaching bolts. Remove lower actuator for access to upper actuator.
4. Disengage drive linkage from mode door crank and remove the actuator from the vehicle.
To install, reverse the preceding operation.
