8. Install spring and seat, upper spring retainer, bearing and spacer, mount assembly and rebound bumper, retainer and rod nut upper. On all 1982 -
83 models and 1984 - 88 exc. Charger, Horizon, Omni and Turismo, position spring upper retainer tab or notch parallel to damper lower
attaching bracket.
9. Torque strut rod nut to 60 ft. lbs. (81 Nm). Do not release spring compressor before torquing nut.
10. Remove spring compressor.
