DISCUSSION:
The power feed to the cigar lighter/power outlet can be HOT (1 2v - B+) only with the ignition "ON" or HOT (12v - B+) all the time depending on
customer preference. To change the operating mode of the cigar lighter/power outlet remove the left side instrument panel end cap to gain access to the
junction block (fuse panel). Remove and insert fuse # 6 (upper right of junction block) into the "BAT" or "IGN" location depending on preference
(Figure 1, fuse shown in "IGN" position).
NOTE:
TO PREVENT INSTRUMENT PANEL END COVER ATTACHING CLIP DAMAGE, ALIGN THE CLIPS WITH THE SLOTS IN THE
INSTRUMENT PANEL BEFORE SNAPPING THE COVER INTO PLACE.
