Obtain proper authorization from your zone service office and add the loaner car expense in sublet section of the above claim, using Labor
Operation Number 95-40-00-41.

Also add a $35 parts handling allowance in the sublet section, using Labor Operation Number 95-35-35-35.

Enter a second claim to cover the express mail shipping expense, using the normal "Freight" Labor Operation Number 95-30-00-40.

Dealer Inventory Vehicles

Any of the listed vehicles in dealer stock that exhibit the described erratic speedometer/odometer symptoms should be corrected per the above procedure
prior to retall delivery. If they do not exhibit the condition, no service is required. A copy of the attached letter will be mailed to the subsequent retail
owner when that name appears in our records. The owner can then obtain the service in the future, if required.

Dear 1989 Chrysler New Yorker Owner:

Our records indicate that your car is equipped with an Electronic Instrument Cluster.

We want to explain an unusual cold weather circumstance which may occur on a small number of the early-1989 model New Yorkers operating in the
colder regions of the country.

The unusual circumstance involves the possibility of erratic speedometer and odometer readings. By way of explanation, the odometer may record
several miles for every mile traveled and the speedometer would indicate a speed much faster than you are actually traveling -- topping out at the
maximum speedometer speed indication of 124. The condition has been traced to a faulty computer chip in the engine controller.

What we want to avoid is you being inconvenienced. For most of you, the only inconvenience will be reading this letter. Should you be one of the few
who experiences the actual condition in your car, we ask that you immediately contact your dealer, who has been instructed to do the following:

1.

Provide you a loaner car, at no charge, while your car is being serviced for this condition.

2.

Remove the engine controller and the body computer from your car and send them to a designated Chrysler electronic repair center. The true
mileage of your car will be read from a back-up computer and will be appropriately recorded into the body computer. The body computer will
be returned for reinstallation into your car along with a new engine controller. There will be no charge to you for this service.

3.

You will be contacted by your dealer when your car has been repaired. The mileage which shows on the electronic display will then be the
actual miles driven.

While this process may seem a little complicated, Chrysler wants you to be assured that we are prepared to immediately repair your vehicle's odometer in
the unlikely event of a computer chip problem. You may want to keep this letter with your glove compartment owner's information.
IMPORTANT

DEALER SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION NOTIFICATION #443 -- SPEEDOMETER/ODOMETER MALFUNCTION

This action applies only to 1989 Chrysler New Yorker Landau and New Yorker cars built before Month-Day-Hour (MDH) 11-03-11 and equipped
with the electronic instrument cluster.

Some of the vehicles on the enclosed listings, primarily those operating in cold climate areas, may experience erratic speedometer/odometer
operation.

Involved owners will be instructed by letter to contact their dealer for service only if they experience the erratic speedometer/odometer operation.

Correction requires that the engine controller and body computer be removed and immediately sent to Huntsville--together in a single package--by
overnight express mail for modification. Generally, Huntsville will modify these components in one day and then return them via overnight
