18. RHD - Attach the power steering fluid pressure hose (3) to its port on the power steering gear (5). While making sure the hose is not in contact
with any vehicle components (see preceding caution), tighten the pressure hose tube nut at the gear to 31 Nm (23 ft. lbs.).
19. Lower the vehicle.
20. Fill and bleed the power steering system. See: Steering and Suspension/Steering/Service and Repair/Steering - Power Steering System Bleeding
21. Check for leaks at all hose connections.
Pressure and Return Hoses
INSTALLATION
1. Using a lint free towel, wipe clean the open power steering hose ends and the power steering pump and gear ports. Replace any used O-rings with
new. Lubricate the O-rings with power steering fluid.
2. Install the power steering pressure/return hose assembly into the engine compartment from below.
