7. Install the axle shaft assembly, See: Transmission and Drivetrain/Drive Axles, Bearings and Joints/Axle Shaft Assembly/Service and Repair/Half

Shaft - Installation.

8. Install generator belt, See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Drive Belts, Mounts, Brackets and Accessories/Drive Belt/Service and

Repair/Removal and Replacement/Serpentine Accessory Drive Belt - Installation.

9. Tighten the accessory drive belt t-bolt and tighten nut to 54 Nm (40 ft. lbs.).

10. Tighten the lower generator pivot bolt and tighten bolts to 54 Nm (40 ft. lbs.).
11. Install the pencil strut (2) tighten to 52 Nm (38 ft. lbs.).
