9. Position the hose clamp onto the end of the return hose (to reservoir) far enough to clear the fitting on the internal cooler located within the

radiator portion of the cooling module.

10. Slide the return hose (3) onto the internal cooler fitting. Install the hose clamp on the hose past the bead formed into the end of the fitting and

secure in place.

11. Lower the vehicle.
12. Fill and bleed the power steering system. See: Service and Repair/Steering - Power Steering System Bleeding 
13. Check for leaks.

Supply Hose

1. Slide hose clamps onto both ends of the power steering fluid supply hose far enough to clear the fittings on the reservoir and pump once the hose is

installed.

2. Install the power steering supply hose into the engine compartment. First, route the pump end of the hose down to the pump supply fitting, then

place the reservoir end of the supply hose (3) onto the fitting of the power steering fluid reservoir (1).
