NOTE: Depending on application, it may be necessary to remove some fasteners securing the front fascia (1) to the body lower reinforcement

in order to access drive belt splash shield forward fastener.

8. Remove the fastener (5) securing the drive belt splash shield (3) to the front suspension crossmember (6).
9. Remove the fasteners (4) securing the splash shield (3) to the body (2).

10. Remove the drive belt splash shield (3).

11. Remove the accessory drive belt. See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Drive Belts, Mounts, Brackets and Accessories/Drive Belt/Service and

12. Lower the vehicle.

13. Remove the grille (1) from the front of the vehicle. See: Body and Frame/Grille/Service and Repair/Grille - Removal 
14. Remove the hood-opening weather-strip from across the radiator closure panel.
