PT Cruiser L4-2.4L Turbo (2009)
NOTE: When the transaxle cooler lines are removed from the rolled-groove type fittings at the cooler and transaxle, damage to the inner wall
of hose will occur. To prevent potential leakage, the cooler hoses and clamps must be replaced.
1. Remove grille See: Body and Frame/Grille/Service and Repair/Grille - Removal.
2. Remove upper radiator closure panel (1).See: Body and Frame/Radiator Support/Service and Repair/Radiator Upper Crossmember - Removal
3. Remove radiator closure panel center brace (2).
4. Remove fasteners (2) attaching transmission oil cooler (1) to air conditioning condenser.
5. Disconnect lines from transmission oil cooler
6. Remove transmission oil cooler (1).
