PT Cruiser L4-2.4L Turbo VIN G (2004)
2. Install the four screws holding the driver airbag cover to the driver airbag and torque to 1.5 - 2.5 Nm (12 - 21 in. lbs.).
3. Install the horn switch battery feed into the retainer on the driver airbag.
4. Install the one nut to the inflator retaining the ground eyelet for the horn switch and torque to 6 - 8 Nm (53 - 71 in. lbs.).
5. Install the driver airbag.
WARNING: DO NOT CONNECT BATTERY NEGATIVE CABLE YET (Refer to ELECTRICAL/RESTRAINTS - DIAGNOSIS AND
TESTING - AIRBAG SYSTEM).
6. Close hood.
7. Verify vehicle and system operation.
