Lift the outer lip of the glass molding and fill the gap with silicone rubber adhesive sealant p/n 04318025. Use an even bead from the base of the
molding to the top where it curves (Figure 2).

Push the inner molding lip down to ensure it is firmly contacting the glass.

4.

Carefully remove any adhesive that has seeped out of the gap after the molding was pushed down.

5.

Apply tape over the molding and "A" pillar to hold the molding down while the adhesive drys.

6.

After the adhesive cures, remove the tape and inspect the fit and appearance of the molding to the glass.

7.

Confirm the repair by test driving the vehicle.
