NOTE:
THIS BULLETIN APPLIES TO ALL VEHICLES BUILT PRIOR TO APRIL 15, 1996 (MDH 04-15-XX).
SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
Windnoise, rattles or water leaks coming from front corners of convertible top.
DIAGNOSIS:
Raise top 1/4 of the way, to a 90 degree position. Pull headliner material down and inspect the latch module assembly. If the actuating link is bent,
proceed to repair procedure. If the actuating link is not bent refer to the Sebring Convertible Service Manual Supplement (Publication Number
81-270-6121A) beginning on page 23-19 for the top adjustment procedures. Figure 1

REPAIR PROCEDURE:
This bulletin involves the replacement of both latch module assemblies.
1.
Position the top to the 90 degrees position.
