Glove Box Lamp: Description and Operation
CIRCUIT OPERATION
The glove box lamp is powered by the 10 Amp fuse located in the junction block on the M1 circuit. This is the Ignition Off Draw (IOD) fuse and
is located in cavity 5. This circuit is HOT at all times.
The glove box switch is normally OPEN. When the operator opens the glove box door the switch CLOSES completing a path to ground through
the switch and the lamp on circuit Z1. This ground terminates at the instrument panel left side cowl.
