Mark the position of the rear bolt of roller channel to inner door panel to aid in installation.

7.

Remove the bolt holding the rear of roller channel to door panel.

8.

Loosen the bolt holding the front of roller channel to door panel.

9.

Separate the roller channel from the door panel.

10.

Loosen the bolts holding the window regulator to inner door panel reinforcement.

11.

Separate the bolt heads from the key-hole slots in inner door panel.

12.

Remove the window regulator through the large hole in inner door panel.

13.

Install the new window regulator into position in the door and engage bolt heads into key-hole slots in inner door panel reinforcement and tighten
bolts to 11 Nm (100 in. lbs.).

14.

Install the roller channel to door panel.

15.

Install the bolt at the rear of roller channel. Make sure that the bolt is aligned to the mark on inner door panel made in step 5.

16.

Torque front and rear bolts of roller channel to 11 Nm (100 in.lbs.)

17.

Install screws holding regulator lift channel to door glass.

18.

Connect the wire connector to power window motor.

19.

Verify glass fit and operation. Adjust door glass if needed.

20.

Install door trim panel, speaker and speaker bracket and water shield.

21.

Repeat procedure for other side.
