Accessory Drive Belt Tensioner - Removal

WARNING: Because of high spring pressure, do not attempt to disassemble automatic tensioner. Unit is serviced as an assembly.

1. Remove accessory drive belt See: Drive Belt/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Serpentine Accessory Drive Belt - Removal.
2. Remove the bolt that secures the tensioner assembly (1) to the mounting bracket.
3. Remove tensioner assembly from mounting bracket.
