Sebring Convertible V6-2.7L (2009)
1. Clean all sealing surfaces.
2. Install water pump (1) and gasket. Tighten mounting bolts to 12 Nm (105 in. lbs.).
3. Install timing chain guides and timing chain See: Timing Components/Timing Chain/Service and Repair/Timing Chain & Sprockets - Installation.
4. Install the accessory drive belts See: Drive Belts, Mounts, Brackets and Accessories/Drive Belt/Service and Repair/Removal and
Replacement/Serpentine Accessory Drive Belt - Installation.
5. Install the radiator fan assembly See: Cooling System/Radiator Cooling Fan/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Cooling Fan -
Installation.
6. Evacuate air and refill cooling system.See: Procedures/Water Pump - Coolant Air Evacuation
7. Check cooling system for leaks. See: Cooling System/Service and Repair
