Blend Door Actuator Replacement

REMOVAL 

1. Disconnect negative battery cable.
2. Remove the passengerside hush panel.
3. Disconnect the electrical connection.

4. Remove actuator retaining screws and pull actuator straight down. Note actuator shaft position for installation reference.
