Install grommet/spacer, p/n 05143372AA, in the "Easy Entry" handle so the attaching screw passes through the hole in the grommet/spacer, (Fig.
1).

Install the "Easy Entry" seat back handle in its original position and tighten the screw.
4.
Position the seat back in the full forward "dump" position.
5.
Remove the recliner handle.
6.
Remove the middle and forward outboard side shield attaching screws.
7.
Gently pull the side shield away from the seat to gain access to the recliner cable-end area.
8.
Remove the rubber bumper located in the curved slot of the seat frame by pulling it out with needle nose pliers and discard it, (Fig. 2).
9.
Return the outboard side shield to its installed position and install the attaching screws.
