Vacuum Brake Booster: Service and Repair
Removal
GAS ENGINE
Refer to Warnings and Cautions
1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable from its post on the battery.
2. Remove the powertrain control module (PCM) mounting fasteners and move the PCM aside.
3. Remove the master cylinder.
4. Disconnect the rear brake tubes (1) at the junction block (2). Install plugs at all of the open brake tubes.
