Mark the upper area of the rear cover for a cut out as shown in (Fig. 2). Using a small round file or rotary file carefully remove the material from
the marked area of the rear cover. Using compressed air, clean any plastic shavings from the steering wheel and its cavities.

Install the steering wheel using the procedures found in DealerCONNECT > TechCONNECT.

5.

Verify that the click sound is eliminated.
