To remove the inlet hose, take the retainer pin out of the housing and pull elbow and hose away from housing, slip off the 0-Ring.
If the Actuator Assembly is to be replaced, remove the positioning plate for reuse, by loosening the four mounting screws.
The plate must be reused to mount the new Actuator Assembly.
Installation
CAUTION: During the installation operations, It Is important that all components be perfectly clean, even the smallest foreign particles can affect
the functioning of the entire ABS System. Due to the high operating pressure of the system, It Is extremely Important for the car's braking safety to
mount the components correctly.
The 0-rings and gaskets must always be replaced. To facilitate mounting, lubricate the 0-rings only in clean brake fluid.
Before installing, carefully check all the components and always perform a seal test on the system and the service brake before road-testing the car.
NOTE: always respect torque-wrench setting exactly. for installation perform the removal operations in reverse sequence.
