SYMPTOM/CONDITION
If a vehicle has a dead battery and the source of the current draw cannot be found, the discharge may be due to the top pull down motor linkage being
improperly adjusted or sticking on an intermittent basis. To prevent battery discharge in these situations, a pull down motor relay can be added to the pull
down motor circuit.

REPAIR PROCEDURE
1.
Remove the hard top.
2.
Put the convertible top in the UP position but do not lock the convertible top latching mechanism.
3.
Disconnect the battery.
