1. Open sliding door mid way.
2. Remove sliding door sill plate. See: Interior Moulding / Trim/Scuff Plate/Service and Repair/Scuff Plate - Removal.
3. Remove nuts (2) attaching hold open latch to lower roller arm.
4. Remove hold open latch (4) from lower arm (1).
5. Disconnect cable (3) from hold open latch.
6. Remove hold open latch from vehicle.

INSTALLATION

NOTE: For the power sliding door procedures, refer to the POWER SLIDING DOOR SYSTEM.

1. Install the latch/lock assembly to the door module.
2. Install the actuator (2), to the latch/lock assembly.
3. Install the actuator mounting fastener.
4. Connect the electrical connector to the actuator.
5. Install the cinch motor (1) mounting fasteners and install the cinch motor to the latch/lock assembly.
6. Connect the electrical connector to the cinch motor.
