Sliding Door Will Not Latch In The Full Open Position
OVERVIEW:
This involves inspecting the right and/or left sliding door operation and if necessary adjusting the sliding door latch position.

NOTE:
This bulletin applies to vehicles built before April 30, 2010 (MDHO43OXX).
SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
The customer may experience the sliding door on the right and/or left side not latching in the full open position. This will return the door to the full
closed position.
DIAGNOSIS:
1. Open the right and/or left sliding door to the full open position. Does the sliding door stay in the full open (latched) position?
a. Yes >> Further diagnosis required, this bulletin does not apply.
b. No >> Proceed to the repair procedure.
