Town & Country V6-3.8L (2009)
1. Remove the seat from the vehicle and place it on a workbench.
2. Remove the seat side shields See: Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Seats, Second And Third Row, Bench/Seat Riser Latch Link -
Removal.
3. Remove the seat cushion side shields See: Seat Cushion/Service and Repair/Seat Cushion Side Shields - Removal.
4. Remove the seat back See: Seat Back/Service and Repair/Seat Back - Removal.
5. If equipped with heated seats, remove the two screws (2) that secure the electrical contact (4) to the outboard seat riser (3) and disengage the wire
harness retainers (5) from the riser and the pivot mechanism (1).
NOTE: Outboard side of seat shown. Inboard side similar. Illustration shown with seat back and hinges removed for clarity.
6. Remove the four nuts (4) that secure each seat track (2) to the pivot mechanism (3).
7. Remove the seat tracks and eight spacers (1) from the pivot mechanism.
8. Remove the eight spacers (6) from the mounting studs on the seat tracks (1 and 5).
9. Disengage the J-hook retainer (8) that secures the seat cushion cover to the rear of the seat cushion frame (7).
