8. Remove the seat pivot release handle See: Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Seats, First Row/Seat Handle - Removal.
9. Remove the spring (2).
10. Remove the two screws (4 and 6) that secure the pivot latch (1) to the pivot mechanism (3).
11. Remove the pivot latch and rubber isolator (5) from the pivot mechanism.
Swivel Inboard Pivot - Installation
INSTALLATION
NOTE: Right seat shown in illustrations. Left seat similar.
1. Position the pivot latch (1) and rubber isolator (5) onto the bottom of the pivot mechanism (3). Make sure the rubber isolator is properly located on
the pivot mechanism.
2. Install the two screws (4 and 6) that secure the pivot latch to the pivot mechanism. Tighten the screws to 29 Nm (21 ft. lbs.).
3. Install the spring (2).
