8. At each end of stabilizer bar, while holding stabilizer bar link (1) lower stud stationary (wrench placed on machined flats on stud), remove nut (2)
securing link to stabilizer bar (3).
9. If outer tie rods (4) need to be transferred to new gear, loosen tie rod jam nut (3) on both sides of vehicle.
10. On both sides of vehicle, remove nut (1) attaching outer tie rod (5) to knuckle (2) by holding rod end stud stationary while loosening and removing
nut with a wrench.
11. Release each outer tie rod end (3) from knuckle (1) using Remover (1), Special Tool 9360.
