1) Remove the bolt attaching the jounce bumper to frame rail (Fig. 9).
2) Remove the jounce bumper from the frame rail.

1) Using slip-joint pliers grasp the base of the jounce bumper. Turn the base counterclockwise (Fig. 10).
2) Remove the jounce bumper from the frame rail.
