Center Sliding Door Roller: Service and Repair
Removal

REMOVAL

1. Open sliding door to the mid point of its travel.
2. Remove cover plate on center track.
3. Support sliding door on a suitable lifting device.
4. Mark outline of center hinge (2) of inner door panel to aid installation.
5. Remove bolts (3) attaching center hinge to sliding door (1).
6. Remove center hinge from sliding door.
7. Roll center hinge to rear of roller channel.
8. Remove center hinge from vehicle.
